The general conditions apply on all agreements with PCS concerning sale, supply, payment, repairing and maintenance of computers, components, terminal equipment, software and with that the link concerning products and/or services.

Beside these general conditions PCS can use additional conditions which apply operation and/or nature of activities specifically to the type.

The additional conditions are part of our general conditions.

An appeal of the consumer on conditions which do not apply to these general conditions of PCS are not accepted.

PCS have the right to modify and/or extend the right for these general conditions.

All tenders established by PCS are without any obligation and apply as long as the stock stretches, unless it has been mentioned differently in the tender.

Offers on the PCS website, possible folders and advertisements are no tender.

Agreements with PCS come in effect just then when PCS have assessed an order or (repairing) task on feasibility.

PCS have the right to refuse orders or tasks or exclusively accept these under the condition that shipping only takes place after payment in advance, in which case the consumer will be informed accordingly.

All images, drawings, data concerning weights, dimensions, colours, data concerning the applicability of equipment, in lists, on the PCS internet site, in folders, brochures and advertisements are composed with the largest possible care, and apply however only approximately.
